Gellert Dornay is the Chief Executive Officer of Axia Home Loans and leads the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans and objectives, and directs all corporate operations. He is a co-founder of the company and helped to assemble the excellent team that is responsible for making Axia Home Loans a strong independent Northwest mortgage banker.

As President of Axia Home Loans, Keith leads all sales development efforts. This includes recruiting and mentoring sales staff, and communicating the goals, mission and vision within the company, and to our customers and industry partners.
Keith has an exentisve mortgage lending leardership background. Prior to joining Axia Home Loans he was the President of Evergreen Home Loans.
Keith has three boys; ages 31, 19 and 17. He enjoys any activity with his boys; boating, salmon fishing, flying, golfing, riding Harleys, snowmobiling, scuba diving and traveling.

As the Vice President of Secondary Marketing, Brian is primarily responsible for pricing, products, programs and lender relations. He assisted in the setup of AXIA’s banking platform and successfully securing direct endorsement from HUD to underwrite FHA loans. He also recently took the company to mandatory delivery thus increasing gain on sale in excess of 100 basis points.
Prior to Axia Financial, Brian accumulated five years of experience managing all aspects of mortgage banking operation, including underwriting, funding, documents, shipping and secondary marketing. He previously served as the President of National Merit Insurance Company.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern College, completed the International Leadership Development Program in Winterthur, Switzerland, and earned a CPCU designation from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter Association. He and his wife have three children, ages 15, 13 and 6.

As Controller, Quinn Brown oversees all financial accounting and reporting for Axia Home Loans. She has successfully completed the acquisition and integration of two companies for Axia, while building a team of four outstanding accounting staff. Her future objectives include improving and streamlining communications and reporting, standardizing reporting for commissions and branch profit and loss, and providing meaningful reporting to the Axia Home Loans Advisory Board and department heads.
Prior to joining Axia Financial, Quinn was a Controller for a company in the technology industry and spent over 20 years in the banking industry with a focus in the corporate accounting and loan operations arena.
Quinn was raised in South Texas and attended North Texas State University and Del Mar Community College. She and her husband of 27 years have raised two stellar boys who have grown up to become great young men. She loves yoga, wine and traveling with friends.

Laurie Willhite is the Underwriting and Banking Operations Manager and is responsible for underwriting, documents, funding and shipping, and leading her operations staff. She has 23 years of experience in underwriting and operations management functions.
Prior to joining Axia Home Loans, Laurie was the Operations Manager at Plaza Home Mortgage and successfully managed the day-to-day operations with a staff of 19 and monthly loan volume averaging $40 Million. She is an approved DE underwriter for FHA and SAR approved for VA.
Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado and in her free time, enjoys golfing with her husband.

As Vice President of Compliance, Thomas Brinschwitz manages all aspects related to compliance and licensing.
Thomas entered the mortgage industry in January 2003. He has extensive experience in the mortgage field in origination, compliance, licensing and quality control.
Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, Janice, and daughters, Katharina and Gabriela. He likes German cars, traveling, and radio controlled model aircraft.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Brody is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of all company sales and marketing functions, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and monitoring and analyzing initiatives against goals.
Brody enjoys playing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Jenny Davis is the Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for aligning the company vision and mission statement with the company’s greatest asset, the employees.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Washington University and has over 10 years of experience working to enhance employees’ work lives.
She enjoys backpacking, hiking, golfing, laughing and spending time with her family.

Kim Cooley is the Banking Support Manager and supports the company’s branches and loan originators. She is responsible for communication between production and banking, ensuring origination of quality files, as well as facilitating corporate training when bringing on new branches. Kim prides herself on client relationships and personally knowing each originator and processor within our branch division.
Prior to joining Axia Home Loans in 2008, Kim spent three years with Indymac Bank as a Business Development Manager and received the Business Development Manager of the Year in 2007. As a Loan Originator from 1999 to 2005, she built her business on superior customer service and client education. Prior to her work in the mortgage industry, she was a valued member of FirstBank in Denver, Colorado, and US Bank in Renton. Kim lives in Kent and enjoys golfing, gardening, and grilling on the barbeque as well as traveling to Colorado to visit family.
