"I just want to say that after 15 years in the real estate industry it is not very often that I am totally blown away with someone regarding their services and going the extra mile. On this particular transaction my buyers were buying a new home in a plat that you represented. Though we contacted you first, they felt they had to go with the new boss’s wife who also worked with a sister branch of your company though not your group. We all knew that going with the site agent on new construct, especially a new condominium plat at that, it would be so important, but the new boss and taking his advice to use his wife was quite important too ;-). We got to the 11th hour and docs for the 4th promised time were not showing up and more issues arising The buyers were getting in a panic as they needed to move things in and out of storage as temp housing was over and could not be extended, trips were planned, etc. I called you out of frustration if there was anything you could do, and you were amazing, totally there, super hero cape on ready to run to the rescue and do what ever needed to be done to run a new loan as it seemed that outsourcing it was not going to work. You already knew this was not the route to go based on the details, which is why you suggested the loan in house to start with as you already had the plat already approved. It was not even your deal, and you were hand over foot reaching out to the buyer’s lender to assist with the appraisal issues. We have some great lenders in the area and for that we are very lucky. So to have one stand out above the rest is tough to do, and you did, heads, shoulders and chest above! Your concern was never, 'it is not my deal so not my problem, or how would I get compensated out of this. No, your concern was for the buyers, to end their stress and get things back on course. Out standing. Your manner on the phone both with them (first time buyers) and me was confident, gentle, yet an air of you have it covered, you know what you are doing, you have the level of expertise that allows me to walk away and know you 'got it covered' and you really would have.
I cannot thank you enough. You are an exception and I appreciate your dedication to the industry, your builders, and buyers and agents that are not even your clients. Wow. Just amazing. Keep up the outstanding job!"
